I have been searching for a really good fall maintenance checklist, but just haven't found exactly what I am looking for.  Until now!  This checklist comes from JoAnne Liebeler's Do It Herself, and it covers more than just fall.  It breaks everything down into months, seasons, and annually.  She has included most of the major elements when it comes to home maintenance, and depending on where you live you can add or take away from this list.  Now is the perfect time to start putting it to good use before winter gets here.  If you can come up with more ideas feel free to leave a comment.
